This was our third large order. The first order was what we asked for. The second order the tents were made the incorrect color and size. We purchased them despite being incorrect as our supplier threatened to sell to competitors. Our third order was very disappointing as some of the materials were not the same as the original that we asked for and approved. Our supplier was terrible with resolving this issue, stating it was within the means of variation (the steel frames were much weaker). We are extremely disappointed with this process.
